The owner, Billy Lyell, really knows how to run great programs tailored for all ages. The gym is very clean and top of the line equipment. The staff is great. I was visiting Naples about a week ago and accompanied a dear family friend to his RockSteady class. (A specialty class for those with Parkinson’s disease.) Billy was training his clients with a focus on core and muscle strength and movement of limbs and joints … most, if not all of them! I absolutely loved that all of those training were VERY focused. Come the end of the class, the clients left with smiles … and a great workout. I am not a trainer, but I have worked out for many years.
