I have been coming to the Sweet Science for about 10 months and I can’t imagine working out any other place. I have gotten stronger, increased my coordination and dropped a significant amount of weight because those are my goals. It’s a great workout, but it’s also a lot of fun. The owner, Billy Lyell, really knows how to run great programs tailored for all ages. The gym is very clean and top of the line equipment. The staff is great. They are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. And at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Sweet Science!

I was beyond impressed! I was visiting Naples about a week ago and accompanied a dear family friend to his RockSteady class. (A specialty class for those with Parkinson's disease.) Billy was training his clients with a focus on core and muscle strength and movement of limbs and joints ... most, if not all of them! I absolutely loved that all of those training were VERY focused. Come the end of the class, the clients left with smiles ... and a great workout. I am not a trainer, but I have worked out for many years. This class is AMAZING for all in their "golden years" ... not just those with Parkinson's. Best ..... C.

I’m a New member, 1st the staff really trains you, really cares, and really pushes you2nd; They developed a system which makes you work really hard , but is actually fun3. You are learning skills and techniques while getting in shape and I’m not in shape yet4. Dollar for dollar the monthly membership fee is a bargain when you consider the amount of one on one training that they provide you5. I’m a busy guy , it’s great that I don’t have to come at a set time. I can start whenever I want

This is a great gym. I attend the Parkinson program. It’s great, no complicated steps to memorize. Jab, cross, hook and Uppercut. Don’t be intimidated, It’s easy, Peezy. Don’t worry about what’s behind you. Just work on today. Give the gym it a try. To do nothing is not an option. Sweet science isn't just an amazing boxing gym, its a community. The owner and staff give you one on one assistance during every class you attend (they are amazing) and make you feel welcome. The students are fun and will quickly be a friend. It is a very intense work out but Billy does a great job making each day different with different routines. I tell everyone to try Sweet Science because lets face it...most of us dont want to get up and ensure we work out but many of us need it. So, we might as well do it at a fun place with great people and training.

This place is awesome. I was visiting my family a month and I did a one-month unlimited membership with my fiancée and the way the gym is set-up is you just show up and train. "Class" is always in session. It's incredibly flexible especially since we were dealing with an unpredictable newborn. I've been a member of several boxing gyms (boxing is far and away the best combination of strength and cardio training I've ever had) and this is the best combination of efficiency, effectiveness, variety, intensity, flexibility, and FUN I've come across.
